Venue Opens: Friday 24th July at 12:00

CAMPING

  • £25.00 cash for the weekend

 

SIGNING ON

  • Friday: 13:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: From 7:30am
  • All parents must sign riders on at the EXGB Hub

 

FRIDAY PRACTICE

  • 14:00 – 18:00
  • £35.00 per rider (pay on the day)
  • Riders must sign on and collect a wristband — no wristband, no practice

 

FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT

Please be kind and courteous

  • Respect staff, riders, families, and members of the public
  • Be mindful of language and behaviour around children
  • Help us maintain a positive, welcoming environment

Our team is available throughout the event — please speak to us if you need assistance.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Please take all litter home
  • Drive responsibly — children may be playing
  • Dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead
  • Please clean up after your dog
  • Event updates will be sent via a private WhatsApp channel
  • Access code available at signing on and in the programme

 

NORA LICENCES

  • You must bring your NORA licence
  • It must be shown at signing on
  • Having it ready helps keep queues moving

 

TRANSPONDERS

  • Hire fee: £10 cash (unless prepaid online)
  • Deposit: £50 cash per hired transponder
  • If using your own transponder, bring it to signing on to confirm the number

 

RIDER INFORMATION

  • Rider Briefing: Saturday at 8:45am
  • One rider, one parent
  • Long hair must be tied up inside the helmet
  • Goggles and gloves are mandatory
  • Available at the signingon gazebo
  • No riding in the pits
  • Rider numbers must be clearly displayed
  • All bikes must have chain guards
  • Batteries must be fully charged — no charging facilities on site

 

TRACKSIDE / START AREA

  • Trackside access requires signing on + wristband
  • Must be 18+
  • One adult per rider
  • HiViz must be worn (available for £5)
  • No phones or cameras trackside
  • Adults must stand back from riders on the start gate
  • Pushing a rider will result in a red flag restart
  • Adults must remain in safe areas and must not run around the track
  • Fallen riders must remount and pull away themselves
  • Adults/marshals may pick up and hold the bike only
